How long does it take to ship a custom Meucci cue?
Standard in-stock cues typically ship within 2-3 business days. Custom builds or out-of-stock models can take 4-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the inlay and shaft specifications.
What is the standard warranty on Meucci cues?
All Meucci cues come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, including warping. Please note that this does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, or damage caused by improper storage.
Can I request a specific weight for my cue?
Yes, most Meucci cues are available in weights ranging from 18 to 21 ounces. You can specify your preferred weight during the checkout process in the order notes.
What is the Meucci return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused cues in their original packaging. If a cue has been chalked or used in play, it is no longer eligible for a full refund.
