At Meucci Cues, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our high-performance billiards equipment and offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. We are committed to ensuring every player is satisfied with their gear, provided the cue has not been chalked or altered.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Place the unchalked cue and any accessories back into their original protective sleeves and use a sturdy shipping tube to prevent any structural damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item via a trackable carrier, as Meucci Cues is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies that the cue is in mint, unplayed condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
